| Abstract: | Summary Protoplasts ofCellulomonas flavigena (Cms) were transformed with plasmid pC194. Transformation frequency was 2.72×10–3 in MR-1 regeneration medium with 2  g/ml chloramphenicol. Transformation conditions are described. |
