缢蛏遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘    要:用RAPD(Random amplified polymorphic DNA)技术对大连的养殖缢蛏(Sinonovaeula constrict)群体35个个体的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,14个随机引物,平均每个引物扩增出6条带;共检测到的86个位点,其中多态位点数为43个(占50.0%);个体间遗传距离在0.1503~0.3768之间,平均遗传距离为0.2107;16号和25号缢蛏个体聚类成一大类,另33个缢蛏个体聚成一大类。

Abstract:The genetic diversities of 35 individuals of cultured Razor clam(Sinonovaeula constrict)in Dalian were analyzed by RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA).The results show that each primer of 14 primers produced six fragments on average.43 of 86 loci were detected,amounting for 50.0%.The genetic distance among individuals arbitrarily varied from 0.1503 to 0.3768,with an average of 0.2107.One cluster included the 16th and 25th individual of Razor clam,and another one included the remaining 33 individuals.
