alpha- 细辛脑注射液对哮喘患儿血清COX-2，IL-8 及IgE 水平的影响及其临床疗效

目的：评价琢-细辛脑注射液辅助治疗对哮喘患儿血清中COX-2、IL-8、IgE 水平的影响及其临床疗效。方法：选取我院哮喘患儿96 例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各48 例，对照组采用常规药物治疗，实验组在此基础上加用琢-细辛脑注射液，观察患儿的临床症状并测量血清中COX-2、IL-8、IgE 含量的变化情况。结果：实验组有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（x2=5.352，P=0.0207）；实验组喘息、呼吸困难、胸闷、咳嗽及哮鸣音等临床症状的消失时间明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组治疗后血清COX-2、IL-8 及IgE 因子含量显著低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：琢- 细辛脑注射液辅助治疗哮喘的疗效显著，能够降低患儿血清COX-2、IL-8 及IgE水平。

Influence and Clinical Effect of alpha-asarone Injection on the SerumLevels ofCOX-2, IL-8 and IgE in Children with Asthma

Objective:To evaluate the influence and clinical effect of alpha-asarone injection on the serum levels of IL-8, COX-2 andIgE in children with asthma.Methods:96 cases with asthma who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the conventionalmethod, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with the alpha-asarone injection besides of the conventional treatment.Then the changes of COX-2, IL-8 and IgE levels in serum and the clinical effects were Observed and compared between the twogroups before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup (2=5.352, P=0.0207); The disappeared time of wheezing, breathing hard, chest tightness, coughing and other clinical symptoms inthe experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the experimental group, the levels of serum COX-2, IL-8 and IgE were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of alpha-asarone injection on the adjuvant treatment of asthmain children was significant, which can reduce the serumlevels of COX-2, IL-8 and IgE.
