DL-胱氨酸的制备与探讨

摘    要:采用L-胱氨酸为原料,以浓硫酸为消旋剂,在消旋温度为130~150℃、L-胱氨酸和硫酸的摩尔比为1:8的条件下,经过消旋转型、水解、中和、结晶等步骤,可获得平均收率达到62.02%、消旋率100%的DL-胱氨酸,其主要质量指标均达到日本理化株式会社的产品质量标准。

Abstract:In this study,DL-cystine with racemic rate of 100% was prepared by the processes such as racemization,hydrolyzation and crystallization from L-cystine.Sulfuric acid(L-cystine: Sulfuric acid=1:8) was used as racemization reagent,and the reaction temperature was about 130-150℃.The recovery rate of the cystine was about 62.02% and the main quality indexes reached the standard of Nihon Rika Co.,Ltd.
