东方人类血吸虫及其螺蛳宿主交互感染的研究

摘    要:以我国安徽及菲律宾莱特岛的日本血吸虫、湄公血吸虫、马来西亚类似日本血吸虫以及中华血吸虫交互感染其螺蛳宿主。结果表明日本血吸虫及钉螺与湄公血吸虫、马来西亚类似日本血吸虫及其螺蛳宿主亲缘关系较疏远。而湄公血吸虫与马来西亚类似日本血吸虫及其螺蛳宿主有较近的亲缘关系。交互感染结果为马来西亚类似日本血吸虫及钙河罗氏螺的分类问题提供了新的依据。

Abstract:Experiments were carried out to study the susceptibility of snail vectors to oriental an-thropophilic schistosoma. A total of 240 Oncomelania hupensis, 240 0. quadrasi, 240 Tricula aperia (beta race), 240 Robertsiella kaporensis and 240 T. bollingi were exposed to Schistosoma japonicum from China, from the Philippines; S. mekongi from Laos; S. japonicum-Iike species from Malaysia; and S. sinensium from Thailand. O. hupensis became infected with S. japont-cum from China (33.9%) and the Philippines (6.9%), but were completely resistant to the development of other schistosomes. O. quadrasi became infected with S. japonicum from the Philippines (49.1%), but no evidence of infection was found when they were exposed to the other strains and species. T. aperta (beta race) could be infected with S. mekongi (41.7). 5. japoni-cum-like species from Malaysia (8.3%) and S. sinensium (4.7) However, they were completely resistsnt to the development of S. japonicum from China and the Philippines. R. ku-porensis were found to be susceptible only to reir local species of Schisrosome, S. japonicum-like species from Malaysia (42.9%). T. boilingi were susceptible to S. sinensium (57.1%) and S. mekongi (16.7%), but no evidence was found when they were exposed to S. japonicum-Iike species from Malaysia, and S. japonicum from China and the Philippines.
