| Abstract: | Treatment with tropomyosin before fixation of tobacco BY-2 cellswith aldehydes improved the preservation of actin filamentsin the cells and enabled us to visualize fine networks of bothcortical actin filaments and cortical microtubules in the sameinterphase cells by the double staining technique using rhodaminephalloidin and antitubulin antibodies.
