| 摘 要： | 目的:研究湖南汉族人群MICB等位基因的多态性与白血病的相关性。方法:MICB等位基因分型用PCR-SSP和PCR-SBT的方法。结果:白血病患者中有13种MICB等位基因被检测出,其中MICB*005:02/010基因频率较对照组显著偏低(OR=0.416,P<0.05)。不同类别白血病之间MICB等位基因多态性没有显著差异。结论:MICB*005:02/010等位基因可能与白血病的保护相关。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study on the polymorphism of M1CB and its correlation with leukemia in Hunan Han population. Methods：PCR-SSP and PCR-SBT were used to analyze the gene polymorphism of MICB. Results：13 allelic genes were found in patients of leukemia, and the frequency of MICB ＊ 005：02/010 was significantly lower than that of control group （OR = 0. 416, P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference of MICB gene frequency between different types of leukemia. Conclusions：MICB ＊ 005：02/010 allelic gene polymorphisms may be associated with leukemia protection. |
