摘    要:本文介绍一种在核磁共振(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)谱仪上对大鼠主室内压参数与能量代谢同时测定的技术。该方法采用离体等容大鼠心功能监测系统测量和分析心脏的心室内压参数,通过测定心脏的磷-31核磁共振(^31P NMR)谱观测心肌组织的能量代谢状态。

Abstract:A technique for simultaneous observation of parameters of intraventricular pressure and energy metabolic status in isovolumic rat hearts was described. The parameters of intraventricular pressure were collected and processed using a computerized monitoring system for heart function, and myocardial energy metabolism was investigated by collecting the ~ 31 P NMR spectra. The preparation was stable metabolically and functionally for 2 h under the NMR experimental conditions.
