摘 要: | 糖基转移酶在糖基化反应中发挥作用,能够催化活性糖基从糖基供体转移到糖基受体,并形成糖苷键。生物体中存在着数量庞大的糖基转移酶类,形成超基因家族。本文概述了目前糖基转移酶的鉴定方法、划分归类以及与该基因家族有关的系统进化问题,并对高等植物基因组中该家族的进化研究进行展望。

Abstract: | Glycosyltransferases are responsible for glycosylation through transfering glycosyl from activated sugars to acceptor molecules and creating a glycosidic bond.There are many kinds of glycosyltransferases in vivo,which has formed a supergene family.The indentification,classification and evolution of glycosyltransferases were discussed in this paper,and their evolution in higher plants were also put forward here. |
