| 摘 要： | 多糖是单糖通过糖苷键连接而成的聚合物，具有广泛的生物活性。结合本实验室多年的实验研究，综述了近年来国内外多糖类成分在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、心脑血管系统疾病、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、抗辐射等方面的生物活性研究状况。

| Abstract: | Polysaccharides are polymers of monosaccharide units joined together by glycosidic bonds.Studies have shown that polysaccharide exhibit significant biological activities.In this review,the biological activities of immunomodulating, antitumor,cardiovascular system disease,antiviral,antioxidation,anti-inflammatory and radioprotective of polysaccharides are reviewed. |
