| Abstract: | A dual-probe containing pyrenylmethyl amino-LNA has been developed for sensitive mismatch detection. While hybridization with complementary DNA/RNA results in very strong excimer signals, exposure to singly mismatched DNA/RNA targets results in significantly decreased excimer emission. |
