蜜源油菜花粉有效成份的研究

摘    要:油菜(Brassica campestrisLinn.var.oleifera DC.)花粉含有七种可溶性糖和一个中性多糖;十七种游离氨基酸和十八种水解氨基酸;十一种维生素;四种黄酮类化合物;九种脂肪酸;五种有机酸和廿二种矿质元素。因此,油菜花粉是一种营养与有效成份极其丰富的营养品。

Abstract:Pollens of Brassica campestris Linn.Var.oleifera DC. contain seven soluble sugars,i.e.glucose,fructoes,sucrose,maltose, rhamnose,arabinose and xylose,and a neutral polysaccharide consists of arabinose,glucose and xylose;In addition to cystine,free amino acid is identical with hydrolysis amino acid,they have aspartic acid, threonine,serine,glutamic acid,proline,glycine,alanine,valine,me- thionine,isoleucine,leucine,tyrosine,phenylalanine,lysine,histinine, arginine and tryptophane;There are eleven vitamines V_A,V_D,V_E,V_K, B_1,B_2,B_5,V_c,V_(pp),V_p and nicotinamide;Four flavonoides are rutin, quercetin,kaempferol and rhamnetin,respectively;In nine fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids are oleic,linoleic,linolenic,docosadienic and unknown acids,saturated fatty acids are lauric,myristic,palmitic and stearic acids;Organic acids have malic,oxalic,acetic,citric and tar- taric acids;Twenty-two mineral elements are K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn, Fe,Mn,Ba,Sr,Al,Cr,Co,Mo,Cd,Ni,Se,P,Ti,Y,V,La,and so on.Therefor,pollens of B.campestris Linn.var.oleifera DC.are much rich nutriments of nutrients and active constituents.
