| 摘 要： | 目的：研究D3S1358、D21S11和FGA3个STR基因座复合扩增的最佳体系。方法：设计正交实验优化复合扩增最佳反应条件，然后采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离显带技术检测扩增片段。结果：获得复合扩增条件各反应因素较为满意的参数。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mutiplex amplification condition of STR loci D3S1358,D21S11 and FGA.Methods:contigency test were carried out in order toget the best reaction condition,then the product were checkedby using PAGE and sillver strains.Results:the satifying parameters for the mutiplex amplification were got. |
