中国19个狂犬病病毒街毒分离株N基因的序列分析

摘    要:测定了30年来从不同动物中分离的19个中国狂犬病病毒街毒株N基因的部分核酸序列,并对其核苷酸差异做了比较分析.可将中国狂犬病病毒街毒株分为4个组群,各组间的同源性为83.45%~88.62%.除广西地区分离的狂犬病病毒街毒株彼此差异较大外,其余街毒株的地理分布与其N基因核酸序列差异的距离是密切相关的,基本上可按其地理分布分为东、西二大组.

Abstract:Part of the N gene among 19 rabies street viruses isolated from dogs,human,cow and deer since 1969 in China were sequenced.The Chinese street rabies viruses can be classified into 4 groups.The similarities of these groups are 83.45%-88.62%.There is a close relationship between the geographic distribution and the degree of N gene differences in most of the Chinese rabies street viruses except the street viruses from Guangxi area.The samples of group 1 are corresponding to the eastern area and the samples of group 2 are corresponding to the western area of China.
