| 摘 要： | 伤寒─鼠伤寒重组株Ｖｉ４０７２所产生Ｖｉ抗原以伤寒Ｔｙ２株所产Ｖｉ抗原作对照，通过ＥＤ５０测定和小白鼠被动保护试验作了比较，结果表明Ｖｉ４０７２株Ｖｉ抗原的半数有效剂量为０．０１３６μｇ，Ｔｙ２株的半数有效剂量为０．０１８３μｇ，说明Ｖｉ４０７２─Ｖｉ对小白鼠的保护作用不低于Ｔｙ２─Ｖｉ。被动保护试验证明，在同等条件下，两种Ｖｉ抗原的免疫血清对小白鼠提供的保护作用相同。

| Abstract: | The 50% effective dose(ED50) on mice immunized with the Vi4072 strain was studied. And the passive protection tests using rabbit sera immunized with the Vi antigen obtained from Vi4072 strain were carried out also. Both studies were compared with the corresponding vaccine and Vi antigen produced by the Ty2 strain. The results showed that the 50% effective doses between different Vi antigen are identical and the same is true with the passive protection test. |
