广西绞股蓝的组织培养和快速繁殖

摘    要:广西绞股蓝是极具开发潜力的绞股蓝属植物。以其茎尖和叶片为外植体进行的组织培养试验表明,茎尖为最适的外植体,愈伤组织诱导和不定芽增殖的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg.L-1+NAA 0.02mg.L-1,在此培养基中,茎尖和叶片的愈伤组织诱导率平均达95%,丛芽增殖系数平均达14。广西绞股蓝最适的生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.20mg.L-1,生根率92.50%。炼苗后组培苗的移栽成活率达95.5%。

Abstract:Gynostemma guangxiense is a potential species that could be developed.The tissue culture experiment with shoot tips and blades as explants showed that shoot tips were the best explants.The culture medium of MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.02 mg·L-1 was appropriate for inducing callus and multiplying lush buds.The induction frequency of callus was 95% and the proliferation coefficient of adventitious bud reached 14 for the shoot tips and blades cultured on this medium.MS+NAA 0.20 mg·L-1 had a better effect on inducing roots with 92.5% of growing root percentage.95.5% survival percentage of transplanting was obtained after hardening-seedling.
