| 摘 要： | 目的:了解老年肺癌与青年肺癌的临床和痛理特征的差异.方法:回顾性分析我院2007年～2008年住院肺癌患者,对符合条件患者的年龄、性别、组织分类、临床症状等指标进行比较.结果:老年组中男性365例,女性52例,鳞癌245例,腺癌94例,小细胞肺癌47例.青年组中男性129例,女性88例,鳞癌63例,腺癌92例,小细胞肺癌34例.结论:①老年组中女性患者的比例较青年组低;②青年组组织分型以腺癌为主,分期较晚,转移率高,预后较差;③老年组表现症状较复杂,组织分型以鳞癌为主,合并症较多.
