不同手术方式治疗青光眼的临床疗效比较

目的探讨单纯小梁切除术与复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法将2015年6月~2016年5月我院收治行手术治疗的74例青光眼患者作为研究对象,按手术方案不同分为两组,A组行单纯小梁切除术,B组行复合式小梁切除术,评价比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 B组浅前房发生率为5.40%明显低于A组的24.32%,功能性滤过泡率为91.89%明显高于A组的72.97%,眼压完全控制率为89.19%明显高于A组的64.86%,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效较单纯小梁切除术更为显著。

Clinical efficacy compared on different operation way to treat glaucoma

Objective To comparing simple trabeculectomy and the clinical curative effect of complex trabeculec‐tomy for glaucoma . Methods From June 2015 to May 2016 were lines of 74 cases of surgical treatment of glau‐coma patients as the research object ,according to the operation scheme is divided into two groups ,group A simple trabeculectomy ,group B complex trabeculectomy ,comparing two groups of clinical therapeutic effect . Results The incidence of shallow anterior chamber in the B group was 5.40% lower than that in the A group 24.32% ,the functional filtering bleb rate was 91.89% higher than that of the A group 72.97% ,and the total control rate of IOP was 89.19% higher than that of the A group 64.86% ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion Compared with the simple trabeculectomy ,composite trabecular cut method clinical curative effect is more significant for the treatment of glaucoma .
