中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德对尖锐湿疣患者MCP-1、Hp水平的影响

目的探讨中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德对生殖道尖锐湿疣患者免疫作用的影响。方法选择2014年9月~2015年12月我院收治的60例生殖道尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,给予中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德治疗,并运用免疫组化实验方法对治疗前后疣体组织中MCP-1、结合珠蛋白进行检测,应用Motic彩色医学图文分析系统对阳性细胞进行定量分析。结果尖锐湿疣患者治疗后MCP-1升高,结合珠蛋白水平下降,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德可通过提高MCP-1和降低结合珠蛋白水平,刺激机体细胞免疫功能,打破尖锐湿疣的免疫逃逸机制,提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率。

Study on Application of Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with Pidotimod on immune function of condyloma acuminatum

Objective To investigate the application of Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with Pidotimod on the reproductive tract immunity in patients with condyloma acuminatum . Methods 60 patients with genital condylo‐ma acuminatum patients as the research object from 2014 .9 to 2015 .12 ,given Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with pidotimod ;using immunohistochemistry method to detect MCP‐1 and Motic in the tissues of CA before and af‐ter treatment ,and to use the color medical image analysis system ,the quantitative analysis of the positive cells was carried out . Results After treatment of patients with CA ,MCP‐1 increased ,while the level of Hp decreased , compared with before treatment .The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05) . Conclusion Shikonin Kushen Lotion combined with pidotimod can stimulate cellular immune function though improving MCP‐1and de‐creasing Hp ,break the immune escape mechanism of condyloma acuminatum ,improving the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum .
