龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗30例褥疮的疗效观察

目的探讨龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗褥疮的临床效果。方法随机抽取神经内科二病区住院中风后发生褥疮的患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用传统治疗方法,即给予庆大霉素纱布湿敷;治疗组采用龙血竭胶囊内的药粉外敷。观察比较两组患者的治愈率、治愈时间和换药次数。结果治疗组总有效率为100%明显高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组褥疮愈合时间比较,治疗组为(7.8±2.01)天,对照组为(15.6±4.01)天,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);换药次数比较,治疗组为(9.4±3.91)次明显低于对照组的(18.8±7.82)次,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗褥疮的效果显著,而且操作简单,经济实惠,值得临床推广应用。

Dragon dragon's blood capsules curative effect observationof topical treatment of 30 cases of bedsore

Objective To explore the dragon of dragon's blood capsule topical treatment effect for the treatment of bedsore . Methods Randomly in neurology 2 ward in the hospital after a stroke occurs bedsore patients with 60 cases ,were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,30 cases in each group .The control group with traditional treatments ,with gentamycin gauze shi fu ,the treatment group USES the dragon powder packed in the dragon's blood capsules .On two groups of the cure rate ,cure bedsore patients need time and the num‐ber of its form . Results The cure rate of 100% treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group 60% (P<0 .05) ,the treatment group compared with control group bedsore healing time was (7 .8 ± 2 .01)d than (15 .6 ± 4 .01)d ,switching frequency of (9 .4 ± 3 .91)times than the(18 .8 ± 7 .82)times .The treatment group com‐pared with control group cure the time required to shorten ,treatment significantly reduce significantly . Conclu‐sion Dragon dragon's blood capsule obvious effects of topical treatment of bedsore ,the use of simple operation , convenient for observation ,economical and practical ,is worth popularization and application in the clinical work .
