肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效比较

目的比较肱骨近端加压锁定钢板与传统钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月骨外科门诊收治的肱骨近端骨折患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用肱骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗,对照组采用传统钢板治疗,比较两组的Neer功能评分、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果两组患者Neer功能评分与治疗前比较均有明显提高,治疗组提高水平明显优于对照组;而且治疗组骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肱骨近端加压锁定钢板相比传统钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效更优,促进了患者的骨折愈合速度,降低了并发症发生率,具有临床推广和应用价值。

Comparison clinical effect between locking proximal humeral plate and conventional plate in the treatment of proximal hume rus f rac ture

Objective To compare the clinical effect between locking proximal humeral plate and conventional plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture . Methods 60 cases of patients with proximal humerus frac‐ture in our hospital'bone surgery clinic from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each .The treatment group was treated by locking proximal humeral plate ,the control group was treated by conventional plate . Results For both groups ,the Neer functional score for after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment ,the improvement level of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;the fracture healing time and the incidence of complications in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ,the two groups'comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion In the treatment of proximal humeral fractures ,compared with conventional plate ,the locking proximal humeral plate'clinical effect was better ,can accelerate the fracture healing time ,reduce the incidence of complications in the fracture treatment ,it is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinic .
