康复护理对面瘫患者的影响

目的探讨面瘫患者实施康复护理的效果。方法选择2013年1月~2015年12月我院神经科收治的面瘫患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施康复护理,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论面瘫患者实施康复护理可提高临床效果,促进面神经的恢复,值得临床应用。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with facial paralysis

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with facial paralysis . Meth‐ods 80 cases of patients with facial paralysis January 2015 to December2013 in our hospital department of neurolo‐gy were as the research object analysis and randomly assigned for control group and the observation group ,40 cases in each .Patients in control group were given routine nursing care ,observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing care ,observation of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients ,and carries on the contrast analysis . Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) . Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing in patients with facial paralysis can improve the clinical effect ,promote the recovery of facial nerve ,it is worth clinical promotion .
