| Abstract: | Isoprothiolane sulfoxide, an oxidative metabolite of isoprothiolane, was reduced to isoprothiolane in living rats and in an in vitro system containing rat liver supernatant. No stimulatory effect of a flavin cofactor (FAD) was observed on the sulfoxide reduction in vitro. |
