| Abstract: | 3Z,6Z-Dienoic acids (C8-C12 and C18) were for the first time synthesized by coupling 2-acetylenic bromides and 2-(3′-butynyloxy)-tetrahydropyrane followed by stereoselective hydrogenation and oxidation. |
