Abstract: | The Toll-interacting protein (Tollip) is a critical regulator of Toll-like receptor (TLR)-mediated innate immune responses. Tollip modulates TLR signaling and membrane trafficking processes through its interaction with both proteins and phosphoinositides. Here, I discuss the multitasking role of Tollip associated with its modular architecture. |
