| Abstract: | The brain ganglioside pattern of taxonomically close and distant related fish species living at different temperatures and the mammalian pattern were compared. The results demonstrate correlations between body temperature and brain ganglioside pattern: the higher the body temperature of animals, the lower is the relative proportion of polysialogangliosides in their brain. |
