| Abstract: | The N-oxides of (−)-hyoscyamine and (−)-hyoscine have been prepared and characterized. Two N-oxides of hyoscyamine have been isolated from species of Atropa,Datura,Hyoscyamus,Scopolia andMandragora,andoneN-oxideofhyoscinehasbeenisolatedfromspeciesofthefirstfourgenera. |
