| 摘 要： | 本文报道用光镜放射自显影方法观察夜行壁虎网膜感光细胞外段的更新。当注射氚标记的亮氨酸后,这种由其祖先视锥演变来的夜行壁虎视杆(并且至今仍保留着一些形态学上属视锥的特征)其外段呈现的标记图型仍与一般的视杆细胞相似。

| Abstract: | The renewal of outer segments of the rods has been studied in the adult nocturnal gecko (Gekko japonicus) retina by light microscopic autoradio-graphy.Following the injection of ~3H] leucine,the labelled amino acid is concentrated initially in the inner se- gment of the cell,and then displaced to the base of the outer segment,where it accu- mulates as distinct reaction band.The reaction band then gradually moves to the top of the outer segment.These results show that the pattern of labelling observed in the outer segment is similar to that of the general rod,as the rod of nocturnal gecko is tran- smuted from its ancestral cone and so retaine some morphologic features of the cone. |
