Abstract: | Twenty microsatellite markers have been typed on to the DogMap reference families, of which 18 were found to be polymorphic. One marker has been assigned to an existing linkage group and nine others have formed seven new linkage groups with previously typed markers. Only one of the new groups could be ordered. |
