摘    要:以高梁杂交种晋杂86-1为材料研究了种子吸水萌动过程中胚与胚乳两部分的水分状况及可溶性糖变化的过程。结果表明:在吸水萌动过程中种胚和胚乳在水分及糖代谢方面具有不同的特点。

Abstract:Water situation and soluble surgar changes of sorghum seeds have been studied during seeds germination stage. The experiment demonstrate that water condition and soluble surgar metabolism of embryo and endosperm are different. The embryo has higher water content and lower water potential than endosperm at same stage and same external water situation, and the embryo has higher amylases activities and soluble surgarcontent than that of endosperm. With water stress,amylases activities and soluble surgarcontent of embyro increase rapidly, but the amylases activities of endosperm is not increase obviously and its soluble surgar content decrease with the water stress. This results can demonstrate that there is a active water uptake pass-way linked with seedmetabolism before seed dermination.
