环丙沙星耐药的铜绿假单胞菌药敏情况分析

摘    要:目的了解对环丙沙星耐药的铜绿假单胞菌的药敏情况。方法细菌的鉴定及药敏试验,均采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK2微生物鉴定与药敏系统,选择经VITEK2测定耐环丙沙星的铜绿假单胞菌(耐药株)68株及对环丙沙星敏感的铜绿假单胞菌(敏感株)67株,统计分析两者对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、头孢他啶、哌拉西林和哌拉西林他唑巴坦等几种临床上常用抗生素的药敏情况。结果耐药株对以上6种抗生素的敏感率分别为亚胺培南706%,阿米卡星206%,庆大霉素191%,头孢他啶279%,哌拉西林632%,哌拉西林他唑巴坦721%。而敏感株对6种抗生素的敏感率则分别为925%、328%、687%、657%、881%与896%,明显高于耐药株,经χ2检验,除阿米卡星005

Abstract:Objective To investigate the medical resistance of P.aeruginosa resisting to ciprofloxacin. Methods 68 strains of ~P.aeruginosa resisting to ciprofloxacin were identified and performed the antibiotic sensitivity test by VITKE-2 system.The antibiotic included imipenem,amikacin,gentamycin,ceftazidime piperacillin,piperacillin/tazobactam.Analyze the medical resistance of 67 strains of P.aeruginosa sensitive to ciprofloxacin in contrast.Results The rate of sensitivity to these six kinds of antibiotics were imipenem 70.6%,amikacin 20.6%,gentamycin 19.1%,ceftazidime 27.9%,piperacillin 63.2%,piperacillin/tazobactam 72.1% respectively.These sensitivity rates were apparently lower than the rates of the strains of P.aeruginosa sensitive to ciprofloxacin which were 92.5%,32.8%,68.7%,65.6%,88.1% and 89.6% respectively.By chi-square test there were significant difference of five kinds of antibiotics(P<0.05) except amikacin(P<0.1) between two kinds of strains of P.aeruginosa.Conclusion Imipenem,piperacillin/tazobactan and piperacillin would had better effect in treating the infection aroused by P.aeruginosa resisting to ciprofloxacin,but amikacin,gentamycin and ceftazidime were not recommend.
