七味白术散治疗小儿腹泻的Meta分析

目的分析近年来七味白术散对治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法对符合纳入标准的文献资料,采用R软件进行Meta分析。查阅了近年符合相关标准的11篇文献,共2 216名患者,其中试验组有1 192人,对照组有1 024人,通过分析两者的疗效差别来了解七味白术散治疗腹泻的疗效情况。结果七味白术散及其加味与常规治疗相比,两者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义：95%CI为4.72~9.41,合并效应的检验Z=10.76,P〈0.0001。结论七味白术散及其加味有效治疗小儿腹泻。

A Meta analysis of Qiwei Baizhu San for treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu San（ powder of bighead atractylodes rhizome combined with 6 other Chinese medicinal herbs） on infantile diarrhea. Methods The R software was used for Meta analysis of the literature meeting the inclusion criteria. 11 articles which were published in recent years and conformed with the relevant criteria were reviewed; the relevant 2 216 patients were divided into experiment group（ n =1 191） and control group（ n =1 024）. The difference in the curative effect between the two groups was analyzed to learn the efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu San on infantile diarrhea. Results Compared with the routine treatment（ control group）,the efficiency rate in experiment group was significantly superior for treatment of infantile diarrhea with 95% CI of 4. 72 to 9. 41. The test for overall effect resulted Z = 10. 76,P 〈 0. 0001. Conclusion Qiwei Baizhu San can effectively treat infantile diarrhea.
