蛋白质组学在疾病研究中的应用

摘    要:蛋白质组学是在蛋白质水平定量、动态、整体地研究生物体的一门学科。双向电泳技术、质谱技术和生物信息学是蛋白质组学的三大支撑技术。近年来,蛋白质组学技术从整体水平出发,在更贴近生命本质的层次上去发现和理解并应用于许多疾病的早期预警、诊断和治疗。我们对蛋白质组学在心血管疾病、肝病、胰腺疾病和自身免疫性疾病等研究中的应用做了简单阐述,揭示了蛋白质组学技术在许多重大疾病研究方面具有十分诱人的发展前景。

Abstract:Proteomics is the discipline of quantitatively at the protein level, dynamic and the overall study of organism. Two-dimensional electrophoresis, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics are the three supporting technologies. In recent years, proteomics technology developed from the overall level, discovered and understood the essence of life closer and was used in early warning, diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. In this paper, some simple exposition have been done about the application of proteomics in the study of cardiovascular disease, liver disease, pancreatic disease, and autoimmune diseases, and this has revealed that proteomics technology has a very attractive development prospects in many major diseases.
