Abstract:In order to understand the ecological function characteristics of Dahuofang Reservoir and effectively improve its water environment quality, the authors collected water samples from deployed sites of the reservoir from May 2015 to April 2016, and applied high throughput sequencing technology combined with canonical correspondence analysis method (CCA) to study the differences of bacterial community structure, biodiversity and their variational relationship with water environmental factors in Dahuofang Reservoir within four seasons of a year period. The results showed that the average Shannon-Wiener index of bacterial community in Dahuofang reservoir was 7.312, existed seasonally distributed differences, the index in autumn was at the highest, and the index in winter was at the lowest. It was found in sequences matching that the bacterial species in the 64 samples covered 54 phyla, 135 classes, 220 orders, 279 families, and 412 genera. The dominant bacteria phyla were Cyanobacteria, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, and the dominant genera were Fluviicola, Synechococcus, Flavobacterium, and Brevundimonas, and the structure of microbial community changed comparatively great in different season in waters of Dahuofang reservoir. The results of CCA analyses showed that dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, temperature, and total phosphorus were the main environmental driving factors that affected the structure and distribution of bacteria community.
