| 摘 要： | 对植物穿心莲的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,穿心莲中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素以及β-胡萝卜素。穿心莲中至少含有17种氨基酸。旨在为开发利用植物资源提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The analysis of nutrients is Andrographis Paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees showed that there were mineral elements,fiber,proteins,carbohydrates,vitamins including β-carotene,and at least 17 kinds of amino acid in it.It provided the basic data for the utilization of this plant. |
