三带喙库蚊幼虫水解酶与印度雕蚀菌感染的关系

摘    要:本文对经印度雕蚀菌Coelomomyces indica感染的三带喙库蚊Culex tritaeniorhyn chus 4龄幼虫的离体水解酶系进行测定。结果表明,经感染后蚊幼虫的羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的比活力均较未感染的正常4龄蚊幼虫为低,其中以谷胱甘肽-s-转移酶的活力明显下降,从而影响了酶对内源和外源化合物的代谢和解毒作用。

Abstract:The enzymatic determinations in vitro were used to demonstratethe relationship between hydrolases activity and pathogenicity of Coelomomyces indica for the fourth instar larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchut. The results showed thatcarboxylesterase, acetylcholinesterase and glutathione S--transferase activities of themosquito larvae infected with C. indica were lower than that of normal larvae. Especially, the glutathione S--transferase activity decreased more markedly. It is suggested that the decrease of hydrolases activity was attributed to the lesion and destruction of the cells by the fungus toxin, which might have influence upon the metabolism and detoxication of the endogenous and ectogenous substrates.
