| Abstract: | The slot-immunobinding assay (SIBA) was adapted for detection of plum pox virus (PPV) and compared with DAS-ELISA. SIBA was easy to perform and as sensitive as DAS-ELISA in detection of various PPV isolates in herbaceous and woody plants, but not in aphids (Myzus persicae). |
