银鲴自然群体线粒体DNA的遗传分化

摘    要:运用21种限制性内切酶对银鲴自然群体进行了mtDNA的限制性片断长度多态性(RFLP)分析。发现银鲴自然群体存在丰富的mtDNA多态性,从4个群体39个个体中,共检测到12种单倍型,对这一现象的成成因进行了探讨。依据单倍型和群体的系统发育关系,结合地理分布的资料,对其现今分布区相互间的历史联系及其对银鲴起源和分化的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:The restricted fragment length polymorphism was employed to investigate the genetic diversity in four populahons of Xenocyris argentea distributed in China.The abundance of mtDNA variation was found in natura populations of X. argentea.Twelve haplotypes were detected from 39 individuals belonging to 4 populations. The mechanism of this phenomenon was also discussed. Both the phylogeography of population distributions and its effect on the origination and diversity of X. argentea were analyzed according to the phylogeny of the haplotypes and populations when considering the data of their present distributions.
