江苏沿海地区棉田玉米螟综合控制新技术的研究与应用效果

摘    要:棉田玉米螟综合控制技术研究的新进展包括:改变春玉米的栽培方式降低了棉田玉米螟的虫量基数、开发和筛选新药剂确保了农药品种的更新换代、改进施药方法提高了防治效果、转Bt基因抗虫杂交棉对玉米螟表现很强的抗性功能、棉花生育状态模型和DPC在棉虫综防中的应用丰富了玉米螟综防技术、玉米螟寄生性天敌的调查有助于加强天敌的保护利用,并能提高玉米螟测报的准确性。与常规棉田比较,转Bt基因抗虫杂交棉的推广种植,有效抑制了棉田玉米螟,其残虫量和被害率下降了80%以上;棉田捕食性天教总量增加了25.63%—47.50%;有利于与多种作物间套作;省工节本可增加1476.93元.hm^2,增幅达30%左右、同套复种还可以增加产值15%以上。

Abstract:The advance of studies on the technology of integrated control to Ostrinia furnacalis G. in cotton fields included that: (1) declining the number of Ostrinia furnacalis in cotton fields by changing of the culture method of spring corn, (2) developig and selecting the new pesticides, and improving the spray method, (3)applications of transgenic Bt cotton, and of the model of cotton development and DPC, (4) investigations and protective utilizations of narural enemies. In comparison with the normal cotton fields, the Ostrinia furnacalis was effectively controlled by planting the transgenic Bt cotton, with decrease of 80% damage rate and increase of 25.63%-47.50% predators. The new technology of integrated control also saved the cost of 1476.93 Chinese dollars/hm 2 and increased over 15% value of output.
