摘 要: | 本文报道了虫疫霉属2个新种及1个中国新记录种。新种北虫疫霉(Eryniaborea Fan et Li sp.nov.)发生于西北及东北地区的丽蝇成虫体上,菜叶蜂虫疫霉(Eryniaathaliae Li et Fan sp.nov)发生于陕西杨陵的黄翅菜叶蜂幼虫;新记录种近藤虫疫霉(Erynia kondoiensis Milner)发生于福州的烟蚜虫体上。本文详细描述了新种的形态。

Abstract: | Two new species and a new record of the genus Erynia in China are reported in the present paper.Erynia borea Fan et Li sp.nov.occurs enzoo- tically in blue bottle fly population in both Northwest and Northeast China.Its primary conidia are obovoid,usually with a truncate papilla,15.8—37.7×10.6— 20.1μm (averaging 27.0×13.0μm),with a length/diameter ratio (L/D) of 1.6— 3.0,and with cytoplasm containing 1—2 large vacuoles.Secondary conidia are si- milar to but wider than the primary ones,and no capilliconidia form.Pseudocysti- dia are rare,as thick as conidiophores.Rhizoids are monohyphal,19.5—32.5μm at the base and 9.1—19.5μm at the end,with a well differentiated discoid hold- fast on the terminal.Resting spores are globose,hyaline and smooth,23.9—46.1μm in diameter.Erynia athaliae Li et Fan sp.nov.causes epizootics in the yellow- winged turnip sawfly,Athalia rosae japonensis population in Shaanxi.Its primary conidia are obovoid to elongate-obovoid,with a blunt papilla,15.5—31.1×7.7— 14.1μm (averaging 22.9×9.9μm),with a L/D of 1.5—3.4.No capilliconidia form. Pseudocystidia are slender,5.3—6.0μm in diameter.Rhizoids are monohyphal,10.6— 12.3μm in diameter,with a differentiated holdfast.Resting spores are not obse- rved.Erynia kondoiensis Milner occurs epizootically in Myzus persicae population in tobacco fields in Fujian.Its primary conidia are obovoid,15.5—24.6×10.6— 14.8μm (averaging 20.2×12.1μm) with a L/D of 1.4—2.0.It is recorded for the first time in China. |
