骨科保护支架在胫腓骨骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果

目的:探讨骨科保护支架在胫腓骨骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选择30例胫腓骨骨折术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组在术后用软枕抬高下肢,观察组在术后采用自制的骨科保护支架抬高下肢。比较两组肿胀程度与疼痛评分、关节功能、并发症、满意度。结果:肿胀程度与疼痛程度:术后2周时,观察组患肢肿胀消退时间、VAS评分明显低于对照组,Ⅰ度肿胀、轻度疼痛明显高于对照组(t/x2=6.587~16.861,P0.05);关节功能:术后2周时,观察组Lyaholm评分、关节活动度(Range of motion,ROM)、舒适度均明显高于对照组(t=5.155~15.676,P0.05);并发症:观察组并发症(6.67%)显著低于对照组(20.00%)(x2=7.988,P0.05);满意度:观察组满意度93.33%明显高于对照组73.33%(x2=6.975,P0.05)。结论:骨科保护支架能早期消除患肢肿胀,减轻疼痛程度,改善关节功能,提高患者满意度。

Application Effect of Postoperative Nursing of Orthopaedic Protective Stents in Patients with Tibial and Fibular Fracture

Objective:To study application effect of postoperative nursing of orthopaedic protective stents in patients with tibial and fibular fracture.Methods:30 cases of patients with tibial and fibular fracture were divided into observa-tion group was and control group,control group was given soft pillow,observation group was given orthopaedic protective stents.swelling degree,pain scores,joint function,complications,satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result:Degree of swelling and pain:2 weeks postoperatively,observation group limb swelling fade time,VAS score were significantly lower than those of the control group,Ⅰ degree swelling,mild pain were significantly higher than those of the control group(t/x2 =6.587 ~16.861,P<0.05);Joint function:2 weeks postoperatively,observtaion group Lyaholm score,range of motion,comfort were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=5.155 ~15.676,P<0.05);Complications:observation group complications (6.67%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.00%)(x2 =7.988,P<0.05);Satisfaction:observation group satisfaction 93.33%was significant-ly higher than that of control group 73.33%(x2 =6.975,P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopaedic protective stents can early eliminate limb swelling and alleviate pain,then improve joint function and improve patient satisfaction.
