| 摘 要： | 小麦高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)与小麦面粉的加工品质密切相关,SDS-PAGE是其常用分离方法。在前人工作的基础上摸索了一套适于分析HMW-GS的SDS-PAGE方法,具有简便、快速、微量、不影响种子萌发出苗、分辨率好、制成干板清晰、不皱缩、易保存等优点,以供有关工作者参考。

| Abstract: | The processing quality of wheat flour is closely related with HMW-GS,and SDS-PAGE is usually used in it`s separation.A new SDS-PAGE method of high molecular weight subunit of wheat glutenin was found and it has been proved to have characters of simple,rapid to use,without destroy and small quantity to seed and high resolving,clear,without shrink and easily preserved to dry slab. |
