摘    要:用组织化学方法研究了人胎杏仁核基底外侧核群含一氧化氮合酶(NOS)神经元的发育。胎龄分别为16,21,23,28,31,38周。NOS阳性神经元在基底外侧核群存在有两种不同的发育模式。1.在外侧核和基底核,单位面积内的阳性细胞数分别在21周,23周时较多,随后渐减,从31~38周又开始增多。2.在付基底核,21周时阳性细胞数较多,23周时减少,随后渐增多。从31~38周又渐减少。NOS阳性神经元在整个基底外侧核群内的均面积的变化,从16~28周NOS阳性神经元的均面积是渐增大的,从28~31周有所减少。从31~38周又渐增大。结果提示,NOS阳性神经元出现于人胎基底外侧核群的发育早期,在此核的发育过程中起着很重要的作用

Abstract:The prenatal development of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) containing neurons in the basolateral amygdaloid complex of the human fetus ranging from 16-38 weeks was studied with NOS histochemical technique. NOS positive neurons could be found throughout all subnuclei of basolateral complex in age fetus. Two different development patterns were observed in basolateral complex. The first pattern, observed in the lateral and basal nucleus, showed the density (NOS cells/mm) was higher in 21 weeks and 23 weeks respectfully, then decreased gradually with the fetus age, but from 31 to 38 weeks, the density increased gradually. The second pattem. observed in the accessory nucleus, showed the density was high in 21 week fetus, by the 23 rd week the density decreased, then increased gradually. From 31 to 38 week the density decreased gradually again. The area of NOS positive cell body in the basolateral complex was also measured, it was increased from 16 to 28 week with the advancd of gestation age, then diminished from 28 to 31 week, again incresed from 31 to 38 week. Our result indicates NOS positive neurons appear in early stage of developing basolateral complex. It is supposed that NOS may play different roles at different stages of developing basolateral amygdaloid complex of human fetus.
