| Abstract: | Summary Thin-layer starch gel electrophoresis was used to distinguish isoenzymic differences between three species of Sarcocystis from sheep, Sarcocystis tenella, S. gigantea and S. medusiformis. Three enzymes, NADP dependent glutamate dehydrogenase, phosphoglucomutase and 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase showed distinctive enzyme banding patterns for the three species. ac]19800301 |
