| 摘 要： | 本组选择做病原学检查的化脑患儿２９６例行病原学探讨。血培养５１／１１６例（４３．９７％）；脑脊液涂片找细菌３３／１０１例（３２．６７％）；脑脊液培养４３／１３２例（３２．５８％）；硬膜下积液培养１０／４３例（２３．２６％）。三种标本共培养出细菌１０４株，其中金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、四联球菌、表皮葡萄球菌分别为３８株、８株、７株、１３株、１１株，其它２７株；～１岁组阳性数最多，分别为２０株、１９株、９株

| Abstract: | cases purulent meningitis in children,etiology have been tested,had etiological study.Blood culture 116 cases,positive 51 cases(43 97%);The bacteria have been tested by CSE smear in 110 cases,positive 33 cases(32 67%);CSE culture 132 cases,positive 43 cases(32 58%);Subdural hydrops culture 43 cases,positive 10 cases(23 26%).104 strain bacteria had been cultured by three samples,Staphylococcus aureus 38 strains, Pneumococcus 8 strains,Escherichia coli 7 strains, Tetracoccus 13 strains, Staphylococcus epidermidis 11 strains and other bacteria 27 strains;Bacteria culture highest positive case was in the 1 year old grup.Bacteria culture of blood,CSE and subdural hydrops was individual to 20 strains,19 strains and 9 strains in this grup. |
