双歧杆菌粘附素受体的初步观察

摘    要:本文研究了Lovo细胞上双歧杆菌粘附素的受体。结果表明,过碘酸钠成或蛋白酶处理Lovo细胞后,双歧杆菌对Lovo细胞的粘附力明显降低,呈剂量效应。D一甘露糖能抑制两者的粘附;葡萄糖,乳糖,山梨糖,蔗糖及D一果糖不能抑制粘附。提示双歧杆菌粘附素受体是一种糖蛋白,可能与甘露糖有关。

Abstract:Receptor of adhesin of human bifidobacterial strains in Lovo cell was investigated. Re- sults indicated that pretreatment of Lovo cell with periodate or trypsin caused a significant reduc- tion in subsequent adherence of Lovo cell , D - mannose may inhibit the binding, but glucose , lac- tose , sorbose, sucrose and D- fructose have no effects. The results suggested that receptor for ad- hesin from human bifidobacterial strains was a gly coprotein which may contain D- mannose .
