新型植生克雷伯菌生物学特性及药物敏感性分析

摘    要:从肺结核患者伴感染痰液中检出9株植生克雷伯菌。经生物学特性、药物敏感性分析以及与其它克雷伯菌型比较后的结果表明:植生克雷伯菌具有克雷伯菌属的生物学共性,但与肺炎、产酸、土生、解鸟氨酸克雷伯菌生化特性有别;血清学与动物实验证明,分离株为致病患者临床感染的病原株;其对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、红霉素、四环素、氯霉素、庆大霉素、氧哌嗪青霉、卡那霉素等耐药率较高,对亚胺培南、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星敏感,对二、三代头孢效果也较好。

BIOLOGIACAL CHARACTERISTICS AND MEDICINAL SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF THE NEW SPECIES OF K.PLANTICOLA
Abstract:Nine strains of K.Planticola were isolated from sputa smples of patiences with tuberculosis infection.After having analysed their biological characteristics,medicinal sensitivity and compared with other species of Klebsiella,We found that K. planticola had common biological characteristics of klebsiella,but its biochemical characteristics was dfferent from K.Pnecunoniae,K.Oxytoca,K,terrigena and K.Ornith-inolytica.It was shown that the isolated strains were pathogenic to infective patiences by immunlolgy and animal experimeits.The medicinal senstivity results showed that K.planticola was resistive to penicinal G, Ampicillin,Erythrmycin,Tetracycline,chloramphervicol, Grentamicin,Piperacillin and kanamycin.However,it was sensitive to lmipenem,ciprofloxacin,Norfloxacin,as well as the sewnd and third generation Cephalosporia.
