摘    要:用液态和固态相结合的方式对包含2种细菌的石油降解菌剂进行培养,牛肉膏、蛋白胨作为液态培养基培齐初级种子,然后接种到草炭和麸皮的固态培养基中培养:分析温度、接种量、料水比、草炭与麸皮的比例、培养时间对固态培养的影响.制备的BC—E和BC-12种菌剂的活菌量分别达到2.47×10^11个/g和3.6×10^10个/g。采用研制的菌剂对石油污染土壤进行修复实验,1个月污染土壤中的石油降解率可达到45%。

Abstract:A kind of bacterial agent capable of degrading petroleum was developed by combined liquid culture and solid culture of a mixture of two strains BC-E and BC-I. The primary seed was cultivated on the beef-protein medium, and then the seed was inoculated into the solid medium containing turf and wheat bran. Temperature, inoculation amount, ratio of material to water, ratio of turf and wheat bran, and culture time were tested during the process. The maximum density of strains of BC-E and BC-I was 2.47×10~(11) CFU/g and 3.6×10~(10) CFU/g, respectively. The petroleum degrading rate reached 45% in the contaminated soil after one month of remediation.
