| Abstract: | A new device for collecting stemflow is designed in accord with the hydrological characteristics oftropical forest.It is suggested that importance value and diameter class can be used as parametersin selecting measurement trees and calculating single-tree and forest stemflows. These deviceand method provide a new approach in hydrological researches of tropical forest. |
