Abstract: | As a new methodology for library synthesis in combinatorial chemistry, the use of immobilized catalysts and multi-component reactions is focused. In the past two years, many advances have been made in this emerging field, leading to the efficient library synthesis of, for example, quinolines, amino ketones and amino esters. |
